We embarked on exploring the woods to capture the taste of the forest soil and build the foundations of WOOD WITCH.
That is how we created a rub sprouting from centuries of classic Nordic flavours for pork, steak and game roast. We have turned wild green bay leaves to a fine powder with deep and refined bitterness and mixed it with cloves, almonds and rosemary for a classic foundation. And a little extra oomph comes from black pepper, pink pepper and liquorice granules.
Rub this spice blend onto meat and fat / edges together with salt.
WOOD WITCH also imparts a wonderful earthy flavour to roast or game meat such as moose or reindeer.
