In the "Tartine Chocolat" collection with Parisian Confiture fruits, here is the first which combines chocolate and fruits.

"Raspberry Chocolate Tartine" a kind of spreadable ganache with the little acidity of raspberries coated with chocolate. It could make us think of a famous packet of biscuit-sponge cake that you find in all the supermarkets except that there are only natural things and without preservatives in our jar.

A 100% pure paste and grand cru chocolate from Madagascar, cooked in a copper cauldron but in "chocolate" lacquered pots. Why ? Well to tell the difference right away at first glance between our jams and our spreads. And then quite simply because it is beautiful!
