Characterized by a rich perfume and an agreeable and rounded balsamic acidity, the ”Silver Medal” is aged in ancient oak barrels and represent an aromatic balsamic vinegar which, with its intensity, enhances the flavors of any dish. This Balsamic Vinegar can be used fresh or can be heated in cooking preparations. Recommended with salads, cooked and raw vegetables, for marinating and as an ingredient in sweet-and-sour sauces.
