Stelton Ship's Lamp

The Stelton Ship's Lamp was created by Erik Magnussen for Stelton.

Stelton was founded over 50 years ago by friends Niels Stellan Høm and Carton Madelaire. The business began by producing quality stainless steel tableware, and it still does to this day.

The Stelton Ship's Lamp comes from Erik Magnussen, a Danish designer who started his career at Bing & Grøndahl. He was named the 'designer of the year' by the Danish Design Council in 1983 and his work has been exhibited at famous museums, galleries and design fairs all over the world.

The Stelton Ship's Lamp is an incredibly useful and durable lamp that will stand the test of time. Its design takes its inspiration from the oil lamps that have been used on ships and boats for hundreds of years and, therefore, is weatherproof and sturdy. The lamp is made from matte satin stainless steel and is perfect for outdoor use on balconies, terraces and in gardens. This multi-functional item can be used as a either a table lamp or hanging lamp. It is operated with lamp oil or petroleum and measures 43 x 27 cm or 34 x 15 cm.
